BY ACCESSING ANY PAGE OF THIS WEBSITE AND/OR USING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITHOUT LIMITATION OR QUALIFICATION.

Credit Card payments

Please be aware that a 3% surcharge applies to payments made with Mail Order Telephone Order transactions (Hotel Rooms Booking Excepted).
For bookings made on third party websites the credit card that the booking was made with must be sighted on arrival.
For all other bookings, the registered guest must provide a valid credit card and photo ID on arrival. If the registered guest does not have a credit card, we require photo ID, full payment and a RM50 cash deposit on arrival.

Deposit

A prepayment is required to guarantee all reservations. 

In the event of a cancellation or amendment, deposits are refundable, promotions excepted, providing New Town receives sufficient cancellation notification (refer to Cancellation policy).
Please note that a valid credit card must be presented upon arrival to the New Town Property.

Cancellation

Standard cancellation notice of 7 days minimum is required, in order to avoid a no show charge of full stay tariff. Depending on specific promotions, the designated cancellation window period shall be stated accordingly.

Third party bookings or services are subjected to a strict non refundable policy for cancellation.

Car parking Charges:

New Town Hotels generally do not provide a car park unless stated otherwise. There's public car park available around New Town Hotels where you are able to park your car.

New Town Resort Suites at Pyramid Tower Hotel, Bandar Sunway

A fee of RM8 per exit is payable for parking at Resort Suites at Pyramid Tower Hotel, Bandar Sunway. Just request for the prepaid ticket from our crews when you check in.

House Rules:

New Town have a strict NO PARTY POLICY

The number of guests gathered in the unit overnight (i.e. after 9pm) must not exceed the sleeping capacity of the property.

Any persons exceeding this number will be considered trespassers and both the registered guest & trespassers will be required to leave the premises.

Noise must be kept to a minimum level at all times.
If any noise complaints are received from the neighbouring residents you will be asked to leave the premises immediately.

For any breach of hotel house rules, your accommodation tariff will not be refunded. Your security deposit may not be refunded.
The registered guest will be held financially responsible for any loss or damage to property caused during his/her stay.

Deposits Conditions

Refund of the security deposit is subject to inspection of the apartment upon departure and the return of all keys.
The guest will automatically forfeit the deposit if:

  • Any item is stolen or removed from the premises

  • There is any damage caused to New Town or partners property, by the guest or anyone invited onto the property by the guest. This includes all items and structures inside the apartment and all external and communal areas on New Town or partners property.

  • The guest breaches the above hotel "House Rules" and/or refuses to leave the premises

  • Overstaying ( Check Out after 12pm of day of Check Out)

Third Party Service Provider

In many cases, New Town offers our guest that book with us services provided by third parties when requested by our guest. Full payment is required when purchasing/booking/ordering request on behalf the guest, and a 3% surcharge applies to all credit card transactions. All these purchases would be non refundable/non exchangeable unless stated otherwise.

Booking & Staying at New Town Hotel

You understand that a confirmed booking of an Accommodation (“Accommodation Booking”) is a limited right granted to you by the New Town Hotel Management (Hotel Operator) to enter, occupy and use the Accommodation for the duration of your stay, during which time the hotel management retains the right to re-enter the Accommodation.


You agree to leave the Accommodation no later than the checkout time that the New Town Hotel Management (Hotel Operator) specified in the booking. If you stay past the agreed upon checkout time without the Operator’s consent (“Overstay”), you no longer have a right to stay in the Accommodation and the Hotel Operator is entitled to make you leave the property. In addition, you agree to pay, when requested by the Hotel Operator, for each twenty-four (24) hour period (or any portion thereof) or for each 12pm of the day (Standard Check Out time), whichever that you Overstay, an additional nightly fee of up to two (2) times the nightly walk-in rate, to cover the inconvenience suffered by the Hotel Management / Operator, plus all applicable Taxes, and any legal expenses incurred by the Hotel Management / Operator to make you leave (collectively, "Overstay Fees"). If you Overstay at an Accommodation, you authorize Hotel New Town Sdn Bhd (via your deposits / original payment method) to charge you to collect Overstay Fees.
